Reason For Return

The item I received was damaged or incorrect.

Let us know right away.We will replace the damaged item with the correct item (free of charge). We make it easy so you don't have to sweat it.

Ordered the incorrect size or decided you like another design better?

No worries. We realize it sometimes takes a second try to get everything just right. Notify us right away, and we'll send you a return shipping label.

All returns and exchanges must be returned within two weeks and be in the same condition that you received them.

This means it can't be used: Tags can't be ripped out. And the item can't be stained, soiled, ripped, or come back smelling like a dog grooming facility.

Restocking Fee: There is a small restocking fee for returns only because all our products are custom made to order. For exchanges, the restocking fee does not apply. 

• Exchanges - No restocking fee
• Returns - 15% restocking fee 

Return Process

Here's what you need to do if you got the incorrect size or decided you like another design better.

Notify UBU Republic right away and return your product within two weeks. 

Ship your item back to UBU Republic. Use the form below to notify us, and we'll send you a return shipping label. Easy peasy. 

UBU Republic will apply an exchange or a refund to your order within 3 days of receiving your returned item. The restocking fee will automatically be charged once the refund is processed.

What if I want to exchange my custom-printed or bulk-order?

With every custom order, we have our guys in the warehouse individually select and craft your uniquely designed product just for you. And since the product is customized, it means we can't accept returns. 

If you're in corporate sales, an affiliate or just working with us to fulfill a bulk order, we will closely work with you every step of the way to ensure the final product is exactly what you expected - and more. When placing a bulk order, we encourage you to call us directly to ensure every detail is to spec.
